Although the administrators and moderators of TrailGroove Magazine will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this site, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and the owners of TrailGroove Magazine will not be held responsible for the content of any message.

By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, disrespectful of other members, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this website.

You also agree to refrain from posting explicit or implicit advertising, marketing or promotional material, and/or solicitation for commercial goods or services including but not limited to within posts, display names, avatars, comments, profile information, etc. Please see our Advertising page if you wish to advertise with TrailGroove Magazine.

TrailGroove Magazine is not able to offer returns or refunds on digital items or digital subscriptions. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, simply allow it to expire, before which time you can still take advantage of all the benefits offered by the subscription. For physical merchandise, please return in new condition within 30 days of purchase, and include a note detailing what we can exchange your item for or if you'd prefer a refund.

Additionally, you certify that you are 13 years of age or older and agree to the TrailGroove Magazine Privacy Policy and Terms.

To help fight spam, profile editing, use of the private messaging system, and forum signatures are limited by default. After your second post on the forum you will then be able to fully utilize these features.

The owners of TrailGroove Magazine reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any content item for any reason.
