Hi guys, I'm new to the forums!

To start off, I'm primarily interested in car camping in the snow in South Lake Tahoe. I figured it would be a really fun way to save money on lodging costs. I'm also looking for the tent that's the most versatile and durable because I would like to go backpacking as well.

I got two extremely great offers on the Marmot Limelight 3P and Big Agnes Seedhouse SL3. I ran a spec sheet comparison of both tents and noticed several key differences but I wanted to get everyone's expert opinion on my evaluation.

So here are the differences that I saw:
Marmot Limelight 3P Advantages
-Two doors and two vestibules
-Both vestibules are larger
-Comes w/ footprint and gear stash
-Cheaper
-Taller
-Dome shape (is this better for storm resistance?)
-Larger space
-Poles crossover each other which provides more stability.

Big Agnes Seedhouse SL3 Advantages
-Lighter (~2lbs)
-Crossover pole appears to be longer which makes the walls more vertical
-Packs smaller
-Looks cooler (in my opinion)
-Pretty much all mesh. Good for star gazing.
-Rain fly goes all the way down to the ground

Questions:
-Is the Lightlight a good backpacking tent? Is it considered too heavy for backpacking purposes?
-Which one is more durable?
-Is the vestibule on the SL3 enough for 2 people? What about 3?
-How's the moisture build up in either tent?

So far I'm leaning towards the Limelight because it's cheaper and has two doors and vestibules.
