Hi all just found you guys as I was surfing the net about backpacking and camping. I look forward to reading all the threads about backpack camping.

I love the outdoors, especially with my wife, kids, and grand kids. I love the peace and quiet up here in Canadas vast wilderness.

I'm always looking to learn about new gear and reading about others experiences!!

Welcome to the site Jeff! We've been lucky enough (Or perhaps unlucky enough during mosquito season) to take a couple trips up to Algonquin Provincial Park in Ontario...Great place...Hoping to get back soon to check out the trails, lakes, and moose we missed last time.
