Well, I am new to this forum as i stumbled across it while searching for gear reviews and somehow got caught up reading posts for days and decided to create an account. I'm from the Phoenix, AZ area and although I like to consider myself a fairly experienced backpacker as I have been doing it regularly for 10 years, I'm excited to learn from everyone else here!

Oh, and this is probably my first time using a forum since the late 90's or early 2000's so this will be an adventure in itself.
