Hello all,

My name is Dan and I've been backpacking around PA for about a year now. I have been slowly collecting gear (hard to foot the bill while in college) so I can do more backpacking and eventually thru-hike the appalachian trail. I'm going to hike in the Shenandoah this summer for a week to see the waterfalls and old rag mt. I have a FB page called Eastern Backpacking that I just started so check that out as well. I am excited to meet everyone so please introduce yourselves.

Welcome - Old Rag is a great hike. Recommend it for a week day and always early - otherwise it gets crowded.
