While fully breathable, non-waterproof trail runners remain my go-to summer hiking footwear option, there are certain times of the year where a waterproof version is desired. While choices in the waterproof / breathable shoe category are ample, when it comes to finding that aforementioned waterproofing in a comfortable, zero-drop shoe with a moderate level of cushioning and a wide toebox, choices quickly become quite limited...
