Hi from Joplin, Missouri. I have lived in Colorado and Wyoming also. I have loved the outdoors all of my life.

I just discovered this site and forum, and I must say....I'm impressed!

I was wondering if you hike/backpack locally? I've hiked south of Joplin (Ozark National Forest), east (Irish Wilderness), and west (Quachita Trail). Wondering if these more local trails stand up with Colorado or Wyoming.
