Want to try TooSIM for New Zealand (Routeburn track family trip)

Hi everyone, I’m taking my family (2 adults, kids aged 10 & 12) to NZ’s South Island for 11 days from August 14-25. We’re doing the Routeburn Track (4 days) and then touring Queenstown and Te Anau. We have 2 phones (iPhone 14 Pro and Pixel 7) plus an inReach Mini 2 and need mobile data for everyday logistics. My current thought is to try TooSIM for New Zealand, 10GB/30 day plan priced at $17.99. I’m comparing this against Airalo, which offers a similar 10GB plan but for $23.50.

Looking for a SIM card in Queenstown with jetlagged kids is a hassle I’d rather avoid. For context, we are strictly using data for logistics, not entertainment, so top speed isn't our priority - reliability is. I’m concerned about backcountry coverage. Has anyone used TooSIM for New Zealand? They use the One NZ network. Has anyone had a usable signal near the Divide car park with their coverage?

We plan to share one phone’s hotspot between all of us to stretch the 10GB, which should suffice for maps, weather, and brief messages over 11 days, as long as we don’t stream.
