I happened to have some extra time today and decided to re-read Issue 16,in anticipation of the upcoming Issue 17. I realized I had skipped over the excellent article, Technology on the Trail, by Paul Magnanti.

As mentioned, this is a fine article on an interesting subject that impacts virtually everyone who hikes or backpacks. If you happened to miss it, I hope you'll take some time and review the subject. Good job Paul!
