Finally got around to listening to most of the first Episode this morning on a C25k run...gotta listen to the rest...and now the second one is out... great stuff! Thanks for sharing Aaron...this is the first podcast that I have listened too... And it is cool too that Disco is one of the guys (you know, cause I just won his book... ) but also Paul...I have enjoyed his posts over on some other forums for a while...
