I believe that aluminum ditributes the heat a bit better. If you dont go crazy scrubbing it, you wont expose new metal to leach out chemicals. Its light and cheap and can take abuse. Paint the outside with a heat resistant black paint and it will heat water quicker. Aluminum pots and pans are used in every household and restaraunt in the country. titanium is ok, but damn 50 bucks. I will bet they will find a problem with titanium in a few years as its fairly new to the cooking industry compared to aluminum and stainless. probably make your feet stink more, than what are we going to do?
