Campfire Potatoes - My absolute favorite!

I found this recipe a while back and am obsessed with it. It requires some odds and ends for ingredients so it might not be best for long treks, but for a regular family camp outing, it works great! Won't really work for hiking if you have no fire, duh, but I figured someone here must enjoy camping in addition to hiking so why not share it haha

You'll need:

1½ lb New Red Potatoes

1 large Onion

1 tbsp Minced Garlic

4 tbsp Butter

1-2 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce

⅛ tsp Cayenne Pepper

Salt and Pepper to taste

Foil

You basically slice everything up and toss in it in some foil and cook it over a fire for a half hour or so. Goes great with some grilled meat of your choice too! Full recipe is here if you want to check it out, but it doesn't get simpler than this http://dailyleisure.com/campfire-potatoes/

I hope you enjoy! I'd love to try some of your campfire recipes or favorite hiking snacks if you have any =)
